Nominees should demonstrate:

- Leadership development within the ERG
- Collaboration with organizational stakeholders
- Demonstrated impact during the recognition period
ERG Executive Sponsor of the Year
Recognizing an executive sponsor who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to supporting ERG leadership, development, visibility, and organizational connection.
Selection Criteria
Nominees should demonstrate:
- Active engagement with the ERG
- Consistent support of ERG leadership
- Advocacy within the organization
- Mentorship or professional development support
- Assistance connecting ERG priorities with organizational opportunities
- A measurable contribution to ERG growth or effectiveness
ERG Excellence
Recognizing an Employee Resource Group demonstrating excellence in leadership, programming, engagement, professional development, and organizational contribution.
